Plug the board in with a

, then pick its serial port.

USB-C data cable
.
Click
Connect & Flash
and select the port. If it won't connect, hold
BOOT
, click again, then release.
Wait ~30–60 s for it to finish, then follow the on-screen setup on the device.
Troubleshooting
No serial port appears
Use a data USB-C cable (not charge-only) and close anything else holding the port.
"Failed to initialize"
Hold
BOOT
before clicking Connect; release after selecting the port.
Boot loop or blank screen
Choose
Erase device
in the flash dialog, then flash again.
